Refund Method

• PayPal orders: Refund issued directly to your PayPal account
• Card orders: Refund issued to the original payment method

Refund Timeline

• Inspection & approval: 5–7 business days after we receive the return
• PayPal refunds: 1–2 business days after approval
• Card refunds: 5–10 business days after approval (varies by bank)

Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued if:

• Items show signs of wear or use
• Items are not in original packaging
• Items are returned after the 14-day window (at our discretion)

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.).

Cancelled Orders

If you cancel an order before it ships, you will receive a full refund within 1–3 business days.
