We want you to be completely happy with your WAXWING purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return policy.

Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery
• Products must be unworn, in original condition, and in original packaging
• All tags and labels must be attached
• Items marked as "Final Sale" cannot be returned

How to Return

1. Contact us at infowaxwingfashion@gmail.com with your order number
2. We will provide a return shipping label
3. Package the item securely in its original box
4. Drop off the package at your nearest courier location

Return Shipping

Return shipping is free for orders within Germany. For international returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time

Once we receive your return, please allow 5–7 business days for inspection and processing. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is approved.

Exchanges

If you need a different size, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order to ensure the fastest delivery of your preferred size.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
